Challenge
The college needed a single, cohesive print piece that could bridge two distinct audiences: prospective students evaluating their educational future and financial donors looking to invest in academic programs, scholarships and campus growth.

Strategy & Execution
Dual-Audience Copywriting & Narrative
The narrative balanced student engagement with donor impact through targeted messaging. Copy for prospective students highlighted academic excellence, vibrant campus life and career pathways, while donor-focused messaging framed institutional achievements around how contributions fund scholarships, facilities and research. Dual calls-to-action seamlessly guided students toward applications and campus visits while directing donors toward development opportunities.
Grid, Typography & Visual Structure
The layout utilizes a modern InDesign grid designed to maximize page efficiency while accommodating high-impact graphics. Dynamic typography is paired with high-resolution photography to showcase vibrant student life, state-of-the-art facilities and faculty mentorship in a clean, balanced structure.
Print Production & Quality Management
Pre-press preparation involved setting precise bleed, slug, and margin parameters while verifying that all images met 300 DPI CMYK standards with properly managed color profiles and brand-accurate spot colors. For print production, a 100 lb. premium cover stock with a gloss finish was selected to convey high quality to prospective donors, paired with an 80 lb. smooth interior text stock for vibrant color rendition. Prior to authorizing the full press run, physical proofs were thoroughly inspected to ensure exact fold alignment, creep adjustments, binding integrity, and color accuracy.
